Customer service is outstanding! Always greeted with a smile! Lisa, the employee who usually takes my order, ensures it's prepared accurately as ordered and promptly ready. The crew, apparently led by Lisa, is professional as they interact in a manner that makes me feel comfortable. Dunkin’ on Boston St. in Salem, MA. held their re-grand opening ceremony (renovation) and the first 100 customers received free coffee for an entire year! Me and my fiancée made the line, respectively. I gave my winnings to my twin sister not only because I love her but also because I don’t drink coffee. Was in and out within less than 5 mins because it was nearly empty. Location wise, it is not bad, but the corner could be difficult to get in and out during heavy traffic. There isn't much seating or parking, but it suffice for the small location.
