Was in and out within less than 5 mins because it was nearly empty. Location wise, it is not bad, but the corner could be difficult to get in and out during heavy traffic. There isn't much seating or parking, but it suffice for the small location.

Customer service is outstanding! Always greeted with a smile! Lisa, the employee who usually takes my order, ensures it's prepared accurately as ordered and promptly ready. The crew, apparently led by Lisa, is professional as they interact in a manner that makes me feel comfortable. I often end up sitting down to enjoy a clean and pleasant atmosphere that me forget that I'm even in a dunkin' donuts restaurant. Customer service is a 10 out of a 10!... If I have one complaint it would be the selection not available of certain items based on the menu. Lastly, if they could widen their variety of merchandise, cups, t-shirts, etc it would definitely make the Boston St dunkin' donuts the number one location for my delicious and always prepared fresh coffee!!!

I went to the store #304216, ordered a Mancha latte lg and a omelet bacon bites. 6:32am showed on my receipt, thats when the cashier took my order, she handed me the drink after, she proceeded on to serve another customer that was standing behind me. I waited patiently for my order with my latte, now it was almost 6:45 , still waiting, that's when I hear her asking her coworker where us the omelet bites, this is after she served 3 other customers, so I told her I no longer want the order. I'm very disappointed. My grip if you don't like to see people of different races, especially a black person don't work for the public. I'll be picking up my refund after work. I work in a hospital in Salem and I love people no matter who they're. I come in contact with people like those, they don't phased me.

This location is the worst Dunks location Ive ever been to. They can not get a single order right, have had burned coffee, cups are always leaking, mobile orders are not made until you get there. Staff is rude, parking lot is awful, place is always dirty. Was just redone and AC doesn't work, doors don't work… everything about it is awful. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
If i could give a 0 i would, everytime i go there they have no cup carrriers, always have to get coffee remade n best yet get their today and no one is there its closed but says their open online, nice staff very responsible smfh they just remodeled the store more like lipstick on a pig. .

Waited 10 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel when there were only 1 person ahead of me not to mention the other countless times I have been let down by the coffee quality and food quality in the past since the Re-opening of this place. Highly disappointed because this newly renovated place is all looks and not actually good at serving

Dunkin’ on Boston St. in Salem, MA. held their re-grand opening ceremony (renovation) and the first 100 customers received free coffee for an entire year! Me and my fiancée made the line, respectively. I gave my winnings to my twin sister not only because I love her but also because I don’t drink coffee. I also spun the wheel and won a thermal cup holder. After spinning the wheel we were able to collect one free item from the Rock 92.9 tent. I picked the bottle opener and vowed not to use it on Budweiser products and they laughed!!!!!! The ONLY reason I’m giving ⭐️ ⭐️ is because when I went to get my fiancée one of her free coffees and an a paid order of Avo toast the coffee was made wrong and the Avo toast was old and they didn’t put it in a box but rather a bag which allowed the Avo to smear all over the inside of the bag. Reckless! To boot one of the male employees looked like he was under the influence of an illegal substance and felt the need to complain about his shift. But if you catch this place on a good day, forget about it ? the place is on point. But like I said, you gotta catch the right employee on the right day.
