The employees are super kind and fast, always filling orders quickly and making sure everything tastes fresh and delicious. Customers enjoy the wonderful coffee, especially the iced coffees, which are amazing. The sandwiches are also delicious. The staff is known for being patient and helpful, even assisting those who may have language barriers. Despite some mishaps like incorrect orders, the quick service makes up for it, and a kind manager has even paid for a customer's coffee when they forgot their wallet. While busy staff may overlook details at times, the drive-through locations are a good option to avoid inconveniences, such as encountering a large dog near the entrance. The restaurant is always clean and well-stocked, making it a pleasure to visit. The iced lattes are great for those wary of too much caffeine or sugar, and Dunkin' donuts always hit the spot.
