We live in Andover & we have Dunkin right in the center of our town and within walking distance to our home BUT we prefer this particular branch in North Reading because it is functional, organized, clean, & friendly. The manager, Mike, is extremely polite and conscientious. He runs this particular branch very efficiently. Majority of Mike’s team are very friendly and helpful. I rather drive to this branch rather than walk to a dysfunctional one.
This location is close to where I work, so I frequent it often. Since I do mobile order, the orders are mostly ready on time when I walk in. There have been a couple times they haven’t been ready, but it’s only been a couple minutes that I’ve had to wait, but overall amazing experience every time!
I don't visit this Dunkin' Donuts too often, but every time I do, the staff is very friendly and on top of their game. I've been here when they were super busy, yet they still providedexcellent service.
