Dunkin' is a fantastic restaurant known for its great service and delicious menu. The employees, including Matthew, Teddy, Karen, Arian, Jorge, and Yon, are polite, efficient, and always get the orders right. The donuts are a standout, always fluffy and tasty. While the cold coffee drink was good, there's room for service improvement by asking more questions about orders. Overall, Dunkin' in North Reading is a popular spot in the community, thanks to the friendly staff and satisfying food options.
