“Me gusta mucho comprar un sandwich aquí pero para poder ordenarlo por teléfono es una odisea. Te contestan la llamada y sin decir una palabra te dejan esperando hasta 15 minutos. Vuelves y llamas y es lo mismo. Sino pueden atender el teléfono, entonces no tengan ese servicio. Eso molesta mucho al cliente, varias veces cuelgo la llamada después de 15 minutos y voy a otro lado donde si me atiendan. Es lo único q deben mejorar.“
“Needed a larger order to feed a small crowd and I just knew Heav’nly Donuts wouldn’t disappoint! When I arrived they had the order all packaged and ready to go. The owner, Ruby, put on her parka and rushed to help me carrying everyone to my car (around the block) - no questions asked! What an amazing a spot, run by a wonderful team with (of course) delicious food. Everyone at the library event was thrilled with the election from donuts to bagels to fruit cups. Thank you!!!“
“This place is NOT CLOSED. They are still open and I saw lots of customers come in and out. Donuts are so good, employees are all friendly and moreover place is so cute. Nice place to chill with your friends or quick stop by for your sweettooth“

I am new since early August drinking Dunkin lattes instead of Sbucks and the people at the Marston Street Lawrence location are so nice, helpful and friendly every time I go in. “This Dunkin is really nice, it's very clean and the staff was very friendly. Coffee tasted exactly how it should and the hash browns were done right, they forgot my donut When I went through the drive-thru but I went inside and they gave it right to me.“

“I work around the corner & pop in here with some frequency. I didnt think it was possible for a Dunkin to really stand out as much as this one does. The morning staff is absolutely amazing, polite, diligent. The egg sandwiches are par excellence, they keep their grills clean and so youre not tasting the last persons sandwiches, and if you get there pretty early, when the donuts first get there theyre really something. Don't forget to tip this wonderful staff, as the job is a bit more complicated than most psople realize.“

“Look at this deliciousness!! I went to Pop Donut this morning (297 Andover St, Lawrence, MA) and got assorted piles of sweet goodies (I have 6 kids so I got a big variety) . These are the best donuts around, hands down. They deserve way more attention than they get on here. I call them My hidden donut jewel lol they’re light and fluffy with a beautiful rise.. perfectly cooked in clean oil (you can always taste when the oil is old). I got Boston cream, jelly filled, blueberry , honey dipped, assorted frosted ones and the biggest fluffiest French crueller I’ve ever seen! Also pictured is a bear claw, coffee roll and bow tie (my personal favorite). Everything was (and always is!) so fresh and delicious.We also got 2 coffees (one iced, one hot)..excellent. Oh! And the extra amazing part?! All this food (plus the coffees) only came to 33 dollars total! That is an insane price especially for food of this quality. The owners are super friendly too. I cannot recommend this donut shop enough. If you like donuts (to be honest, even if you don’t like them, go here, trust me they’ll convert you! Lol) this is the place to be!“
