Awful, this place should close. What's the point of a drive thru line if the employees forget that you are there and then when you place the order and get to the window they ask you your order again like it's being placed in store. On top of asking multiple times of what the order is and still somehow missing items and making the order incorrectly on coffee. + I was overcharged for my items. One of the worst ever. Drove all the way down to their plaza to get a cup of coffee and they can't take cash because they are not allowed to break a $100 bill. What kind of stupidity is this? Not having change makes sense but having the change but not breaking it means you're completely insulting and disrespecting the customer. Being a shop owner myself I don't know why they would even run a shop if they have a stupid policy of not a breaking a 100. Would not return here ever....read full review
