KFC offers good and quick service with a clean and well-lit eat-in area. The drive-through is convenient for take-out orders. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy, as one customer received incorrect items in their 2pc meals. The staff may have communication challenges, but they are able to provide pricing accurately. Vegetarian options are limited to fries and sides, making it less suitable for non-meat eaters. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with ample parking available. Despite some order mix-ups, KFC remains a local favorite for those looking for a quick and satisfying meal.
The food quality can vary, as some customers have found the chicken to be chewy and possibly undercooked. On the other hand, one customer had an "amazing experience" with fresh, delicious food served quickly in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The manager, Henrique, was praised for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail, which made a significant difference in the customer's experience.
Customers have expressed mixed feelings about the menu options, with one customer wishing the restaurant could accommodate small drumsticks as a substitute for the unavailable original recipe wings. While the extra crispy option is appreciated, the customer has a strong preference for the original recipe.
