“The young girl at the front was so nice and clearly very new, even though she was struggling she still had a smile on her face and apologized. She made both of my drinks after she rang them in and they were so good. It’s unfortunate that she didn’t receive any help from peers until asked when she was clearly struggling.“

“I didn't get what I ordered but it was because of how this location is managed, not because of the staff. I really want to commend the staffperson who was on shift, as she was the only person having to handle a very busy store with 7+ people in line plus the 7+ mobile orders that came in, including mine. It is very unfair to have one person handling so many orders and basically impossible to stay on top of everything and get everyone their orders, yet the staffperson did it anyways while delivering great customer service. She did the very best in a chaotic situation and I felt stressed just seeing how many orders and people in line she had to take care of.
I did not get her name, but she did an incredible job and went as fast as she could completing the many orders while also being kind and welcoming. Please do not manage the stores so that only one person is working a shift. It is irresponsible, completely overtaxing, and impossible on the one person working.“

“This place never disappoints me! Been going here every once and awhile since 2021 and this place is better than most McDonalds locations. The food is always fresh and burning hot, the McFlurrys are perfectly mixed unlike most locations that don’t even care to mix it at all. I have also noticed the ice cream cones have more ice cream than other spots I have been to and they have never messed up one of my orders! Thank you to everyone who works or is involved in this business and make sure to keep up the amazing effort put into this place! ❤️“

“Terrific atmosphere. Everything about the inside and the offerings, on paper, communicates a love of coffee and excellence. I will say, the pourover (both wave and v60) tastes bad. I'm can't tell if it's the roast or the brew settings/technique, but it would be a good idea to for the head roaster and head barista to dial in their settings. There are clear markers of specialty coffee in the cup, but the bitterness and grassy-ness are overwhelming and manifest as faults.“
