But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like "we don't take that here" (signs say that you do and I didn't see any sign that it wasn't working or anything) either he can't do the process or doesn't feel like doing it. “Nah the bad reviews are too harsh. This place is legit and I love coming here. They know many customers on a first name basis and are always polite. Any time there has been an issue with a mobile order they are quick to correct it or give me a better alternative.

Some of the familiar faces have left over the last 1-2 years, so I just wanted to say that I hope they are moving on to bigger and better things, because they deserve it.“

“I arrived by bike. This place is near the bike path. I was able to sit and keep an eye on it while I had coffee and pastry. There was plenty of available seating inside and out My only complaint is the crappy pop radio but many places think people need or want noise.“

They have some incredible workers Corey and lance work mostly on night and make sure my coffee is always perfect. I've never had a problem with anyone . You also have Ram who does a lot of the cooking in the morning and he is fast as heck . “This is our local Dunkin with drive-through; the service is always fast and there’s almost never a wait. Knocked out a star because they sometimes forget to add an item or two to our order, so we always make sure to take full inventory of our order before driving off.“

“this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“

I come in here every Friday at 1:45 as a little treat to end the work week.The worker who makes the ice coffees here makes the best ice coffee I’ve had out of any of the dunks I’ve been to. I don’t know how to explain it it’s just always perfectly made every Friday. Bagels and donuts r normal dunks bagels and donuts. But if u like ice coffee this is the place to go.“

“Convenient in Waltham, not too far from hotels. Some one-way streets, so follow your GPS. I'm new to the area, both car GPS and Google Directions got me their to this DD location properly, on different occasions.

Had good fresh iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. Was there recently at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and they still had some donuts left, etc.
