Ok. Overall I don’t mind a lot of things but customer service wise it’s sucking at this Dunkin. Had to repeat my order 5 different times and they still got the order wrong. Most of the time I end up going outside post for dunks since the one on post is 2 stars at most. I know they tend to be short staff but wished it was better.
Little disappointed this morning. Ordered an ice coffee and dozen assorted donuts, took them 21 minutes. They didnt realize they forgot my order until everyone else had been helped and I was the only one standing there. This is always the case, hopefully it will be better next time.
I waited 20 minutes for an order that was wrong. The woman making the food had a terrible attitude about it. They lost the customer today
