Had to remind the employee that I had an ice coffee coming. The order taker was fine. The drink was cold and watery.
$5 coffee is not hot. No service

Dunkin' is a reliable spot with quick service and friendly staff, located in Waltham. Despite occasional app issues, they are always helpful and deserving of tips.
