This used to be one of the best locations in the area. Now you can expect to be ignored by the staff as they fill online orders and will leave customers standing in line. I approached the cashier and asked if she could take our order, there were several people behind me in line. She told me she was filling the online orders. When I arrived there was one other customer and two employees on. The lady took his order which wasn't complicated, but took forever. At that point a line had started to form. I approached the counter the employee looked at me and said nothing and walked away. I was confused as to what was going on I stood there for several minutes. Whenever I go to this location it's usually on my way to work. Not very consistent with their iced coffee. The past few times I've gone it just tastes like sugar water. My friend decided to speak up and say her coffee didn't taste right. The girl up front made her a new one and it was worse. She got mad at my friend for speaking up so we just left. Disappointing.
