As a former barista (few years back), I know firsthand the talent and skill that goes into multitasking beverage crafting and keeping a conversation going with the individual you're helping and this, I believe, is Katie's superpower. No issues with my order, never forgot the small substations (soy milk, extra sweet), and got it to me faster than I ever had at a Nero to boot! A+ service, A+ food and drink. “The person serving us on a line was impressively adept and efficient, while being quite friendly to everyone He turned out to be the manager. I was looking for dessert, but on the kiosk, under bakeries Nero wasn’t listed, in fact, hardly a thing was, so I planned to go without until I stumbled upon Nero on my way out. They bake fresh every day. It’s a very comfortable and relaxingenvironment and as noted above excellent service. He was serving an outrageous range of coffee, specialties, and the bakery goods looked carefully crafted. The chocolate cake was quite delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.“
