Most corporate feeling ramen shop I've been to.
Went to Brookline one last year, and this new Burlington outpost this past week. Kyuramen’s parent group bought Aoko last year, so with this location, they had a counter up front so that you could grab a matcha gelato on your way out.

Great service. So glad to have this new ramen house close by. Its interior design reminds me of the ramen houses in Japan. I went alone after a long hike. The serving people treated me with respect and seated me just as other multi-person parties at a good little table.
I’m glad Kyuramen opened another location because I love the vibe and food of this franchise. We got the Chicken Ramen, Kimchi Ramen, and Tonkatsu Omurice. Everything was met to standard of other Kyuramen.
I will say I docked a star because service was just okay. Nothing above and beyond, which is not necessary, but it just felt kind of transactional during the experience.

Kyuramen x Aoko Matcha is a new location in Burlington, with a counter up front to grab a matcha gelato on the way out. The interior design is unique and reminds people of the ramen houses in Japan, with awesome decor that feels like being transformed to Japan. Service is friendly, prompt, and professional, and the serving people treat guests with respect. The ramen is delicious, with the Yinyang bowl being the perfect portion and variety. The Chicken Ramen, Kimchi Ramen, and Tonkatsu Omurice are met to standard of other Kyuramen. The pork katsu omurice with demi glace is good satisfying comfort food. The chili cucumber was bad, cut thick and uneven, and the chili wings were just fine. The yakitori pork belly was way too tough, while the yakitori thigh & leek was way better. The noodle was really good, and the soup too (item 01), though the portion was on the small side. The half boiled egg color and top texture looked off, and the char siu consists of either too fatty or too tough sides. Parking should be a non-issue.
