“overall, really great service. i recently stayed in Pepperell for 2 weeks and went there nearly every day. although the woman staffing the drive-thru on the weekend mornings was not very friendly or competent, the weekday staff were impressive (welcoming and friendly, even when my dog was barking insistently for her pup cup).“

“Quaint little bakery and cafe with delicious cakes and pastries. I tried the pumpkin muffin and it was super moist and perfectly spiced. My caramel latte had rich espresso- a nice surprise compared other lattes that are more sweet. Take time to sit outside and enjoy the patio if you have time.“

“I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

“We discovered this amazing coffee on a trip to New England earlier this year and it’s become our absolute favorite. We have tried dozens of flavors now and each one is smooth and uniquely flavorful. Our favorites so far are maple bacon, Jamaican me crazy, egg nog, hot toddy, silver & gold, and peppermint stick, although I’m sure we’ll find many more favorites the more we try! “coming to this location is always good. They have a hard worker named Pablo. That is extremely funny if you get to know him and make your drink very good if you feel like there’s something slightly off with your order let him know and he is more than polite to help you out, after receive my drink, needed a little bit more caramel and coconut. He had no problem just add a little bit more. the atmosphere is good could use a little bit more stand room for the space. Other than that very good location I mention Pablo only because of his actual work effort I watch him make people orders for others and the way he treats the customers like he cares. i’ve asked him do you like coming to work he says he’s loves it. He loves coming to this Duncan to work. that is what you call. Dedication to work for the company of Dunkin. the other employees that work here they just do their job but don’t seem to really care how their customers drinks are made they just make it and then send you on your way so by time you leave if you are in a rush, you won’t know what your drink taste like till you take your first sip when I go to Dunkins I can’t be choosy who makes my drink, but I prefer to go when Pablo is working.

Parking: parking lot is hard to find a space to park all the time because this location is a gas station as well so people come here to buy stuff in the store as well as put gas in their vehicles and the customers that go to Dunkins it may be a little somewhat difficult to find a parking space if it’s heavily active in the store between certain times of the day, there are more customers

Kid-friendliness: I see kids here all the time I don’t know when location of Dunkin that wasn’t kid friendly I think this is a great location like any other Dunkin one thing that your kid may enjoy here is the donuts there always fresh at least when I go and get them

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessibility is good. The space for vehicles for parking will very dependent on the sides of vehicle. You are traveling in if you are using a wheelchair accessibility van, then it may be hard for you to use the ramp of the van due to space in the parking lot, but if you are able to get out your vehicle and get yourself into your wheelchair, then it would be a good place for you“

“Inside Market Basket grocery store is a nice cafe with an open 50 chair seating area (high & low chairs) with 2 TVs and restrooms. You can hear the registers and customers chatting. Not a typical cafe atmosphere.the selection of tea and specialty coffee drinks is nice. They also have Market Basket bakery and fresh popcorn.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The prices are low and the WIFI is very good.overall a great place to stop off while shopping.“

“I come in just about every morning on my way to work just to get a plain bagel with cream cheese. I recently started doing mobile orders so I don't have to wait as long. The app for the most part works great. Everyone on the team is always very nice and I never have an issue. It may seem small to some people but going to grab a bagel makes my day and I get points and rewards on the app. Shout out to Daija she rocks“

“I am a senior and love Dunkins , I also love that I have always received a senior discount. But for some reason Nashua Dunkins don't give senior discounts. I have been traveling around NH recently and this is the first area that I have come across that does not follow suit as all other Dunkins I have visited. Otherwise great service great coffee.“
