I just wanted to thank the two young women working at Dunkin’ this morning on Wednesday, May 6th around 8:30 AM. I had stopped in asking about the Nurses Week free coffee promotion. Both employees were smiling, pleasant, and so kind during the interaction. Earlier, I had a very uncomfortable experience at another Dunkin’ location where the employees seemed disgruntled and reacted in a way that felt embarrassing and dismissive when someone asked the same question.
