“I stopped in this morning for a coffee and a donut, they made my coffee perfectly and the donut was so much better than Dunkin'. It's definitely not fancy but exceeded all my expectations. I regret how many times I drove without giving it a shot before now.“

“I enjoyed the window seat 🪑,Wi-Fi, the pastry I had to wash down my coffee ☕ and how the inside looks! I liked my medium roast coffee. It was the first 🥇 cup from a freshly made pot and it was piping hot 🔥. I have had similar tasting coffees at other cafes and restaurants and this is not a negative. I lost my receipt 🧾 from my order and I cannot remember the name 📛 of my pastry. It was a thick croissant 🥐 style with brown 🟤 sugar on the outside. It had a word for Queen 👑 in its name. It tasted good 👍!
Quiet contemporary music 🎵 played though it was interrupted by loud 🔊 whistling. It became really busy around 🕙 ten but the staff were able to keep up. Friendly service!
If you want a good cafe to visit, a place to work on your laptop 💻, enjoy your book and on a nice day, sit outside with a table, I recommend a visit!
Exploring Milford and its history I am more and more enjoying! It is very scenic when the colors are emerging in Spring 🌼 and the Pumpkin Festival 🎎 is a lot of fun!
Extra thanks 👍 for being open late and letting me in even though the door 🚪 even though it was locked 🔐 during the Pumpkin Festival! The hot chocolate, which had a heart on the top 🔝, with the doughnut hit the spot on a chilly evening.
Update: September 2026; The Pumpkin Bread Muffin was very good 👍! The chocolate chips were a pleasure. The regular latte needed a little more flavor but I enjoyed the picture on the froth!
I learned that the building was once several businesses and that a wall was removed for the cafe. Long before that it was a telephone 📞 exchange. There is antique phone equipment on one of the walls .
Everyone was friendly and I recommend a visit!“

“I absolutely love their coffees. Some favorites are Banana Split, Chocolate Covered Strawberry and Mudslide and many, many, more. I drive up from MA every couple months to stock up. I pick my variety from their wall of flavors and enjoy delicious coffee daily without having to spent a ton at a coffee shop. The owners are wonderful, sweet people and I've enjoyed my experience every time. I sent their kcups to friends/ family in other states and even brought them on my travel adventures. Well worth it!“

“Picture this: New Year’s Day. I’m surrounded by hungover individuals at my friend’s house (I was the DD all night). I must brave the cold walk to my car if I want to take a shower. As I am driving down the road, I see the sparkling oasis of THE Amherst Dunkin' Donuts. I am greeted at the microphone with arguably the best experience I have EVER had:

Now- I’ve been told to wait before. I’ve worked in customer service, so I get it. But this guy knows show business. He had that sparkle, that passion for customer service you only see once in a blue moon.

We are off to a fantastic start. I order a refresher and an old fashioned donut. Side note, my refresher is PERFECT. I am aware my donut choice is not for everyone, but this guy knew how to commit to the bit,

Listen, I’m already cracking up. I can barely hold it together. I drive up to the window, expecting to meet some sort of riddle master who wants to bargain for my first born. Get this guy a freaking award! In fact, make him audition for SNL.

I am greeted with the sweetest man who takes my card and gives me my food. It was not the same guy who took my order, as he was a bit more subdued in nature, but it is clear this crew works seamlessly together. I am pleased as punch to start the new year off so whimsically!

“It is a beautiful Great place to sit down with friends, Family, relatives and everything above. This is for everyone to enjoy Snacks, Come for a nice cold or warm Beverage. There is also an beautiful outside porch out in the back with a couch and table and tables. So you can enjoy your time being outdoors with snacks, Beverages and so on. Plenty of space inside with tables as well. It is also a gift shop with a lot of gifts to give For the Holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, new Years Eve, 4th of july and, nice warm house gifts and birthday’s so on. I really recommend it and it is a safe place and a safe environment for all of you to enjoy. You are more then welcome to donate as many as you can.“

“I’m giving 4 stars because 1) the coffee and food I get every time is great. Always tastes the same and is very good! But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“I just wanted to thank the two young women working at Dunkin’ this morning on Wednesday, May 6th around 8:30 AM. I had stopped in asking about the Nurses Week free coffee promotion. Both employees were smiling, pleasant, and so kind during the interaction. Earlier, I had a very uncomfortable experience at another Dunkin’ location where the employees seemed disgruntled and reacted in a way that felt embarrassing and dismissive when someone asked the same question. So walking into your store and being treated with kindness and professionalism really meant a lot to me.

“Seems a lot of people will complain if there's a minor inconvenience, but won't leave a positive review if they have a good experience... I stopped in shortly before 6PM to grab an quick bite to eat and a coffee for the drive home. Got the $5 two wake-up wrap and iced coffee combo. The employee greeted me when I walked in, let me know in advance they were out of some items so I wouldn't get disappointed after ordering, and prepared my order quickly and handed it over with a smile. 10/10, would visit again.“

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. “I have been to at least 10 different Dunkin donuts, all the way from Manchester NH, to Massachusetts, to nashua all multiple times && 9/10 times I have to bring my coffee which is just a small French vanilla iced coffee with five creams and five sugars melted back inside to have it remade, && I just went to this Dunkin donuts on Amherst st, && yes I waited a little longer at the window then usual for just one coffee, but it is AWESOME!!! So many days I've been disappointed going to Dunkin donuts && this place just made my coffee the best I've had in over 2 months so just wanted to say thank you for that!!“

“The staff here is amazing! All very nice people! I had some fraudulent charges hit my venmo account. So my card didn't have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least..? and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways. It's not often you see acts of kindness like that, and it was greatly appreciated ?“
