I've recently embraced a move away from filter coffee to a more 'prosumer' setup with my Gaggia Classic Pro and Baratza grinder. I bought all the required accessories for a great shot, but was missing the most important part - the coffee!I searched for local roasters, as I wanted to move on from my coffee subscription of many years that sent me different coffees each month. I cannot say enough good things about King David Coffee Roasters. I have been looking for local roaster for some time as I was tired of getting stale coffee from other sources.
