Their fixed menu takes all the guesswork out of ordering, starting with fantastic fresh bread and a great salad before bringing out the main star: tender culotte steak topped with that addicting secret sauce and golden, crispy fries. Getting a warm second helping dropped right onto your plate mid-meal is a fantastic touch that makes the price feel like a steal. The atmosphere in the plaza is energetic and comfortable, and the service keeps the flow moving effortlessly from start to finish. Definitely a must-visit in Watertown for a top-tier steak frites fix.“

There was an event on this day, but this did not affect the service time, there were a lot of people and i want to say thank you to Dmitry, sorry if i misspelled your name, this is a waiter in a black shirt who helped me with the choice from the menu, especially with dessert it was delicious, very good service! “Been here a couple times now and it's a necessary stop on the way to the library (where they have an in-house cafe too!). Drinks are delightful and fun and not too sweet. There really isn't any seating so it's mostly a take-out spot but the library has outdoor seating :)“

I decided on fried chicken and fried vegetable rice, which turned out to be an awesome choice. The rice came out first, and it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crisp, just the way I like it, even though I didn't request it that way. The customer service was top-notch—very professional. I only interacted with one staff member, but the service was fast, and I didn't have to wait long for anything. I highly recommend you try their food. I'll definitely be coming back. “I stopped my Butternut Bakehouse the day before Easter and it was incredibly busy (which was amazing). I picked up a dozen pastries which were all amazing and my family raved about them. But I also got a breakfast sandwich and a cold brew and the cold brew with cold foam was absolutely amazing. The breakfast sandwich was simple but also perfection. Everything seemed like there was so much thought that went into each thing. They have a lot of indoor seating, too!“

The gentlemen who made mine was very kind and friendly, possibly the owner? A few more people behind me ended up asking for hot chocolate as well. The parking here is not great, though take-out orders are available. The inside is quite spacious, with a bar section as well as multiple seating in the back. The staff are friendly, and they pump out orders very quickly even when they have many orders to go through.

I typically eat here for lunch, and have tried multiple different options. I found the clam chowder to be average, the bread included was a bit too hard for my liking but did go well with the clam chowder. The Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese is really good, it's one of my favorites to get. The breakfast bowls and salmon toast is also very good as well.

Overall, its a great place to visit and eat for a casual brunch or maybe a quick dinner.“

I’d come back again, their menu has a lot of variety and has so many things I want to try. Definitely gets busy with take out orders and a good number of tables occupied on weekends.“

“We had an issue with Grub Hub, and ended up having the restaurant cancel the order (ordered large but they only had the small dough at the time, which I didn’t think would feed the family, they were very obliging in canceling) we ordered from Papa Gino’s which was more money, and honestly not great, my son (ASD and ARFID) didn’t like it and refused to eat because it was cold. Rocco’s then delivered a large caramelized onion, and gave it to us for free (we owe you a double tip next time, my husband forgot in the confusion). My son immediately dove in eating the onions off the piece and the rest of the piece of pizza. You have made a customer out of us. Not only because of the excellent customer service but the food was very good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try some of the other dishes as well, due to the reviews.“
