Rocco’s then delivered a large caramelized onion, and gave it to us for free (we owe you a double tip next time, my husband forgot in the confusion). My son immediately dove in eating the onions off the piece and the rest of the piece of pizza. You have made a customer out of us. Not only because of the excellent customer service but the food was very good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try some of the other dishes as well, due to the reviews.“

“I was inquiring how long they been here because I live further away and come here for Cajun Cafe to see the sweet old lady. The lady didn't understand me. The guy who cashed me out trying to tell me years which is a lie. I enjoyed the lemon pepper chinken and bourbon chinken. I would eat here again if I am in this area.“

“I stopped by on a Sunday and a following Saturday, and had a nice visit both times. The atmosphere was cozy, with some nice jazzy music playing in the shop, and between my visits I tried three different drinks. A Strawberry Sparkle, an Oreo Milk Slush (my favorite of the three), and a Taro Milk Tea w/ Mango Popping Bubbles. I also had a Chicken Katsu Noodles dish, and a Oreo Towel Cake Roll to eat, and everything was good and tasty.

As for what to expect inside, the tea shop has a two kiosks you can order from, or you can go up to the counter to place your order instead if you like. There is a good amount of seating available in the main area, and a side-hall with some additional seating and the restroom at the end. If you choose dine-in they'll bring out your food and drinks to you in nice glasses and bowls on a tray, and if you want take-out they've got the usual bubble tea cups and containers you'd expect for things like the drinks and food so you can easily take things to go.

Cacao has a warm atmosphere with soft music and incredible photography lining the walls. The owner is Dominican and has taken many of these beautiful photos themselves. “So this place I’ve seen for the last yr due to being new in community . I never been because Covid had a lot of businesses down ! Today I tried this place and can I say I never in my life had such sweet and kind customer service . The young lady was so so nice and listen to how my son wanted his ice cream ! She got hot fudge on my cup and took the time to wipe it off and apologized for a mistake . She was young but I can say her mannerisms speaks volumes . I will definitely be bringing my kids here more often and it’s parking and quick lines ! ???“

“Hands down the best Chinese food in Waltham! Delivery is fast and food arrives hot and well packaged. Crab rangoons, chicken fingers, egg rolls, boneless spare ribs, wonton soup, fried rice, lo mein, peking ravioli, general gau's chicken, and beef/chicken teriyaki skewers are among our routine orders. They are all soooo good. Have never eaten at the restaurant, always done delivery.“
