When I was told how many, I was flabbergasted. They were so generous and very easy to work with. The day of my event a friend of mine picked up the personal cakes, and we gave them out to the tennis players. I some how got 4 of them. They were delicious! “I am Asian American and have been eating mochi my entire life. Crystal's Bakery has forever changed how I think and feel about Mochi. Crystal's Mochi is like a heavenly cloud of fruit and cream that melts in your mouth. Gorgeous, silky soft texture unlike anything. It's not too sweet but addicting. Store-bought, rubbery chewy mochi has been downgraded to gummi status after eating Crystal's handmade mochi.
I also had mochi doughnuts, mung bean smoothie and plain sticky rice. Perfect Asian flavors that remind me of the homeland. Everything excellent!
It's a tiny shop and the place was jam packed with lines during our entire visit, for good reason.
I drove over an hour to get to Crystal's Bakery. It was no sacrifice. It is absolutely worth it. I will be making the trip again and many times more.“
