Gaetano’s is amazing! I love the cannolis and pastries. Customer service is always excellent & Guy is a great owner & is taking care of his customers by selling gloves, sanitizer, wipes, etc during this time. I will continue to support this business & can’t wait to try the strawberry shortcake I just picked up!
Outstanding Pastries, cookies, coffee and more. Owner was Baker at Mike's in The North End. I guess I don't need to go to Boston or Revere for Pastry anymore. Robby was also very helpful and terrific!
Just stepped out of this hidden gem! Authentic Italian pastries - look no further. It’s like the North End came to MetroWest. Huge variety of oven fresh desserts galore. Custom cakes made to perfection. Gaetano, we’ll be back!

Gaetano's Bakery is a charming spot known for its incredible pastries and top-tier service. The bakery offers a variety of treats, including its famous golf cake, perfect for any celebration. Customers love the amazing pastries and cannolis, which are great. The Halloween themed cake was huge and may have been one of the best cakes ever had. Gaetano himself is incredibly friendly and reliable, creating an absolutely gorgeous wedding cake. The ricotta pie was amazing, highly recommended. Service and atmosphere were very friendly and the price was far better than expected. The pastries are delicious and the service was excellent.
