I wanted to give a shout out to May who works in the Holliston store. She always hands me my coffee with the most pleasant smile and it's a nice way to start the day !! Thanks:)
The SLOWEST ..... Ugh....
I’ve visited this location 10+ times and have never had a 3+ star experience. They consistently have little to no donut selection after noon (at a donut shop!). When inside, it usually takes about 30 seconds to two minutes to even be recognized. Then, after being recognized, the staff usually is talking either to each other or to the folks in the drive through. If this place didn’t have the Dunkin branding it would be closed in two weeks.

Dunkin' is a friendly and welcoming restaurant with helpful staff. The employees work hard and stay calm even during busy times. One staff member made a great hot chocolate and was very personable and communicative. The cashier showed kindness by adding tips from her own money when a customer was short. Another staff member, Vinod, provided free items when they ran out of something. The overall experience is positive, with staff who are nice, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile. Many customers enjoy visiting because of the good surprises and friendly atmosphere.
