Got the mango cloud cake. Not only did my daughter didn’t like it, it was her birthday cake, and it had brown rotting sour mangos in it. Yuck. Had their regular cloud cakes before and were fine. This one was disgusting.Did call Tous Les Jour Natick and the women I talked to said the vendor gave them a bad batch so they threw out the rest of the mango cakes and offered me a refund. Excellent products in baking and coffee.The most wonderful staff to serve you.Especially Ivy and Yoshi. We miss the Mont Blanc pastry.Wheelchair accessibility: Open floor and easy access.

This is the best café I have ever been to I am never disappointed when I come here, I live about an hour and a half away and I come to Natick Mall just for this café I love it so much and my whole bank account will be going to this place. the besttt!!
