Absolutely awful. Made an order for a tiramisu cake and then the lady with very dark black hair told me they did not have my cake and could not make another. Then she wanted me to order another one like that cake i was like why do you want me to order another if you say you do not have it. She was messed up. Idk what was wrong with her.

I have been purchased many pastries in this store. The food is okay but the service is terrible. We picked 2 or 3 pastries by ourselves but the cashier asked me to add a tip when checking out. And after I selected no tip the cashier refused to pack my pastries and gave a cold face as if tip is a mandatory thing.

This is the best café I have ever been to I am never disappointed when I come here, I live about an hour and a half away and I come to Natick Mall just for this café I love it so much and my whole bank account will be going to this place. the besttt!!

Ordered a spinach sandwich no meat (Ham) , it had ham by mistake so far no problem mistakes happen , what was unusual is the refusal to replace , a whole act was played by clerks took 15 minutes of pretending to care and call management all over a simple matter , just give me another sandwich with no ham !! but no , never experienced such lack of basic business practices

I visited at lunch, while the store was very busy, the bright interior feels so inviting. The milk loaf is soooo good. Cake tastes very yummy!

Got the mango cloud cake. Not only did my daughter didn’t like it, it was her birthday cake, and it had brown rotting sour mangos in it. Yuck. Had their regular cloud cakes before and were fine. This one was disgusting.Did call Tous Les Jour Natick and the women I talked to said the vendor gave them a bad batch so they threw out the rest of the mango cakes and offered me a refund. Great customer service and I will continue to go to them since I had a great experience with the resolution. I understand business might not go your way but how you handle the situation says a lot about the place. I’m still in love with their milk breads and the regular cloud cakes so they will always have me as a customer.

This location is simply not adequately staffed. I waited for 20 minutes in line on a Wednesday afternoon and eventually gave up. It's unfortunate there was just a single person who was forced to do all of the prep work as well as handle all the customers. It's simply too much for one person. They need to have more staff on hand.
