Finally stopped into Muffin House Cafe on Route 16 in Mendon for breakfast—& wow! There were so many great options, but I went with the Spicy Sunrise on a jalapeño cheddar bagel: egg, sausage, spinach, tomato, onion, pepper jack cheese, & chipotle mayo. Absolute perfection. Paired it with a delicious caramel macchiato, & of course I couldn’t leave without muffins. The blueberry & apple cinnamon were both incredible.
