They have had the best bagels by a long shot and I have traveled across the state to get their bagels, breakfast bagel, and smoked salmon which is spectacular! “Classic bagel shop that makes delicious NY-style, boiled bagels and home made cream cheese.
It’s quite expensive. Plus, they charge $2 to slice bagels and will only do so if you call ahead to place your order. They don’t have any vegan/tofutti cream cheese for sale. Expect a line out the door if going in the morning.“

“very cute cafe and love that they have vegan cream cheese. tons of bagel variety. they also had a few vegan bakery items (cupcake, fruit square, cookie). my soy milk latte was delicious and i think they have almond milk. i think they have a hummus veggie wrap too. “This was the best location I've seen in a while! Their donuts actually looked SO good I had to buy some, and they were notably delicious. Typically I avoid donuts from the chain coffee shops bc they don't look or taste fresh but these were impressive. Staff was quick and friendly. Great experience!“

“Providence Bagel is about as close as you'll get to a genuine New York style bagel here in Southeast Massachusetts (I recommend Rosenfeld's in Newton for the real deal). The bagels are fine but a bit pricey. The sandwiches are even pricier. The staff are sweet and personable, but service could be a little faster. The coffee, unfortunately, is terrible. This isn't a sit-down-and-eat place. I'd recommend buying cream cheese, lox, etc. at the supermarket and enjoying these well-crafted bagels at home.“
