Best IHop omelet ever, with feta and tomatoes, ordered off the new menu, with a side of really fresh fruit. We mostly went there because it was open at the time and we were long past breakfast hours elsewhere AND were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal and the competence and quality of the service.

Amaury simply is outstanding in every way — greeting me, being thorough in taking my order by asking every question relevant to style of eggs, listening to me without distraction, promptly going to the kitchen when buzzed so that my breakfast arrived hot, and - most pleasantly - by checking on my needs and satisfaction when I was a table of one: he treated me as if I were in a big party with presumably a significant tip.
