IHOP offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a focus on serving decent meals at reasonable prices. The menu features large meal photos, making it easy to pick from a variety of options. Customers have noted that the food is generally good, and the restaurant is open until midnight, which is a big plus for late-night diners. Service can sometimes be slow, but when the staff is attentive, the experience is pleasant. The vibe in the morning is described as great, and the staff, including servers like Carlos, often go above and beyond to ensure a good experience. Many visitors appreciate the consistent quality of food, service, and ambience across different locations, including Framingham. Some guests wish for more variety on the 55+ menu and would like to see the return of Happy Hour. Overall, IHOP remains a nice place for a casual breakfast or meal with family or friends, offering a quick and easy dining experience.
