“Our Girl Scout troop met at the Framingham location for ice cream and a Valentine’s Day card swap. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our large, high-energy group. They had excellent food allergy protocols. Great ice cream and reasonable prices.“

We are lost by who’s just sitting or ordering or just there picking up. But it does not mean the customer service being excellent and or the quality of the foods, etc. 🫡💸🚀

“New Years Day: dinner time - huge thank you to the woman running expo/aboyeur (putting together the orders/organizing/handing them to customers). Shes ALSO cooking/serving all the French fries simultaneously. She moved like lightening, made sure all orders were correct, and had to announce the orders to the customers who are lost in a daze or on their phones. The entire crew was absolutely cranking out delicious food. They were keeping up with the huge volume of orders. Impressive. Well done. I wish there was a tip jar at the pick up area. She couldn't stop working long enough for me to try and hand off a tip. Next time. (I did tip on the pick up order online).“

“Always a great experience at IHOP in Framingham! The food comes out fresh and hot every time, the pancakes are always perfect, and the service is friendly and fast. The staff really makes you feel welcome and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best spots in the area for breakfast anytime of the day. Highly recommend!“
