This place is awesome. I've been getting ramen from here for a couple of years and I'm never disappointed.The new menu has all of the food I liked on the old menu, but I was sad to see that hot tea is no longer listed in the drinks section.Tried their level 2 hellfire ramen today and they MEAN the warning on their menu. This stuff is very, very spicy! I love it. Will get again!
Food is high quality and chef has excellent attention to detail. My only complaint is they recently changed the menu and they stopped serving their Yuzu Shio ramen which was an absolute delight. All of their other food tastes excellent.Edit in response to owner reply:It was called Yuzu Shio Ramen, it sold for 16.95, and it had a blood orange oil in the broth which gave an especially delicate and delicious flavor. Ok, when I read the reviews about the Hellfire Ramen being spicy, I thought it was the kind of spice I could handle. Nope. I know, it’s my fault, but we learn from experiences, right?
