“We had an issue with Grub Hub, and ended up having the restaurant cancel the order (ordered large but they only had the small dough at the time, which I didn’t think would feed the family, they were very obliging in canceling) we ordered from Papa Gino’s which was more money, and honestly not great, my son (ASD and ARFID) didn’t like it and refused to eat because it was cold. Rocco’s then delivered a large caramelized onion, and gave it to us for free (we owe you a double tip next time, my husband forgot in the confusion). My son immediately dove in eating the onions off the piece and the rest of the piece of pizza. You have made a customer out of us. Not only because of the excellent customer service but the food was very good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try some of the other dishes as well, due to the reviews.“

“We’ve been customers of Theo’s House of Pizza for many years, and when the ownership changed a while ago, we were honestly a little skeptical about whether things would stay the same. To our surprise, the quality of the food actually improved. Every meal we’ve ordered since then has been fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent.

The pizza is always cooked perfectly, the ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are generous. It’s clear that the new ownership takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering great food. Our entire family loves eating here, and it’s become one of our favorite local spots. “This is actually the best pizza place in all of Natick, and in general my favorite. The sauce and crust is phenomenal and then the stash is just so kind. I just got there last minute before closing and they went above and beyond accommodating me and my order which was just so kind of them! I’m a regular here and they know me and I’m by no way saying to come last minute but just shows their kindness and exceptional service!!“

“I visited with my soccer team after a rainy game. The pizzeria was very spacious and the people there were super accommodating for our party. The food was amazing. You have a full view of the kitchen so you can see everything being made fresh. Everyone is so nice there. Love the food and love the atmosphere.“
