The owners are incredibly knowledgeable because their daughter has celiac, so I always feel confident eating here. “Oak Hill Pizza was recommended by the front desk staff at the Residence Inn in Needham, Ma, and they were right on the money. We placed a fairly large order, four pies and sides, for an impromptu 2nd birthday party for our grandson. All of the food arrived at the time requested, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. The person who took our order over the phone was courteous and helpful. I should add that we're from Michigan, land of the one inch crust, where pizzas are often judged by how much they weigh. It was a delight to encounter an East Coast pizza with a thin, crispy crust, with the emphasis on quality toppings and great flavor, instead of enormous quantity. When we return to Boston, we'll be sure to order our pies from Oak Hill!“

“Terrible customer service.. was coming from chemotherapy and ordered pizza. I ordered at the Newton restaurant by mistake. When I got to the correct restaurant, I called Newton to explain and they refused to cancel order. I was too tired to travel to Newton so I wasted money because they refused to cancel. They were rude and insensitive.“
