The cheese and ricotta cheese topping was a little thick and kept falling off. But overall very good pizza. I'd say 5 star for the fresh made pizza and 3 star for the pizza by the slice. When I go to or drive through New York City I always have to stop at a Joe's Pizza... usually the one on Fulton St. I live in Fall River so that's a 3 hour ride. They've got some of the best NY style pizza in my opinion. The toppings are simple yet delicious and the crust is crispy and light and just perfectly cooked. You can order by the slice or order a whole big pie. We opted for the Chicken Parmesan and Margherita pizzas and the roasted garlic knot. The Chicken Parmesan was the star of the order for me. The chicken was perfectly fried and all the toppings were fresh and full of flavor, all on top of a wonderfully wood-fired crust. The Margherita pizza was perfectly cooked and full of flavor as well. I would honestly order both of these again if visiting again. The Garlic Knot on the other hand I would probably pass on. I am a garlic lover don't get me wrong, but this was a tad too much in my opinion. The dough itself was fairly thin and then it was loaded with probably 3 bulbs worth of garlic cloves.
