“Last week me and my friend ordered food I had a great expierence with Ebru after my order got dropped off at the wrong address and I recieved the wrong item. I gave it back and they said they would give me a complimentary free pizza when I called and re did my order. If Ebru is not employee of the month already she should be no doubt about it she was very nice and assisting Im in food service too so I can relate and understand situations like this. “As someone who works a job which lends itself to ordering food at 3am, I can confidently say my options are not only limited but usually pretty terrible. Until we found Natalie’s. The Margarita pizza is BOMB. We tried the calzone last night, and that thing has cheese baked right on top. Outstanding. It never takes long, the delivery range seems to be wide (we order it to Waltham) and it has never disappointed. Bartenders and other night walkers take note, 10/10 this place will treat you right.“
“This is a update from my bad experience. The owner Joe contacted me and assured me this is an isolated incident. Joe was extremely accommodating. Joe refunded my whole order and gave me a gift card. As a business owner myself I appreciate this extra mile. He did not have to personally call me, he could have sent a email or letter (I have a account with Rock City). I explained to Joe in depth what happened and he was apologetic and sincere. Interactions such as this make return customers and instill trust. Now I will be going back.“
“The "Salty Pig" pizza was quite good - appropriately salty with generous toppings. Cooked well and adequate to share for 2 at lunch. Kale salad was pretty bland, I would not recommend. Overall, a pleasant spot. Very friendly folks!Dietary restrictions: Asked at time of order“
“I've tried Ernesto's North End on two occasions. The first time I ordered pizza by the slice which was reheated to order. The second occasion I ordered a whole pizza which they made to order. The fresh pizza was much better than the pizza by the slice. The whole pizza took under 10 minutes to make. The crust was perfect and crunchy without the flop. The cheese and ricotta cheese topping was a little thick and kept falling off. But overall very good pizza. I'd say 5 star for the fresh made pizza and 3 star for the pizza by the slice. Workers were very friendly and the pizza with toppings was about $27 which was very reasonable.“
“WOW!. The North End has awesome restaurants. You can't go wrong eating anywhere in the area. Today, for my self care, I was directed here to Umbertos Galleria. Again. WOW! First and foremost, bring cash. Lots and lots of cash! Especially if you're me. The line forms quickly. I got there early for pickup, thank goodness, and my order was taken swiftly. Then, I couldn't help myself. I kept ordering. The pizza was great. The way pizza should be. The spinach and cheese calzon is very cheesy and spinachy-- in a word delectable. The rice balls and Pizetta, well, all I can say in a word is stupendous. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch, and I know you will, too.“
“We were especially please with the halibut last night. While the price point is a bit steep, the fish was fresh and delicious and the accompanying white beans, brown butter sauce and spinach were also delectable. I prefer the mushroom toast with the black garlic aioli and the broccoli rabe was a bit oily for my taste but, all in all, an excellent meal. I definitely miss Chef Andrew & his creativity but I remain pleased with the waitstaff and I adore Claire.“
“Absolutely astounding pizza! This place is a must-go for anyone visiting Boston. Having lived in Europe for a couple of years, I feel comfortable saying that this was the most authentic Italian-style pizza that I've had in America. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, so no matter what type you're in the mood for, they'll probably have it.“
“Food was very cold when I received it. The chicken wings I purchased tasted like rubber. My kids wouldn't even eat it. The pizza was just ok. I'll never order from them again when I'm in the area.
