“Decided to walk through Allston on a grody, misty afternoon and look for some food. Walked in by chance and at my SO’s insistence that we give it a look. I loved everything about the aesthetic, and enjoyed the soft music playing in the background. Being able to choose the ingredients I wanted - knowing they were organic and that they looked more than delicious raw...that was the absolute best part. The gentleman at the front was supremely helpful and answered any question thrown at him - by anyone in the shop. The price was more than worth the amount of food received, and the care extended to us as guests was wonderful. I absolutely would recommend anyone to give this a try. Don’t hesitate to ask a question, you will definitely get an answer. :)“

For one of our major events involving Korean-Americans across the school, Seoul Topokki was our catering of choice. 사장님 was so kind and helpful in supporting us and the food was of course so delicious. A lot of the students rated this some of the best Korean food they’ve had in the area, and many of us hadn’t had such good authentic Korean food since leaving home. “I usually like the food here but the service is usually terrible. I think if they improved their service, the restaurant would be somewhere I’d like to return to. This was my third or fourth time but this last experience made me not want to come back. 😔

The food taste/quality also wasn’t as good as I hoped. Mandoo ttuk guk didn’t have enough mandoo and too much ttuk - they should also bring a burner so the guk stays hot.

I think the waitress got mad bc I asked her to switch out a combo item for bulgogi which cost less than galbi - I was confused about why they wouldn’t want to do that.“

“One of the best sushi spots in town. True hole in the wall in Allston/brighton. The owner is the sweetest man, the sushi is always FRESH and delicious. And the miso soup!?? Perfect. I always come here when I need some sushi. Great price for the incredible quality. Would recommend over and over again.“

We live neaeby so we often order pickup via UberEats and it's always ready in 10 mins. One time I forgot to order ahead so I walked up to the counter and they were also done in 10 min!

Seating area is limited and quite small and parking is terrible but that's on par for the area lol not their fault. Nowhere to park on this streer but there's 3 towing companies prowling around.“

“02/3/26 Tuesday 12:58pm lunch time. Haven’t been here since 5-6 yrs ago. Got the 10 piece soy garlic wings, fried rice, coleslaw and got the pork dumpling and got the Sotteok Sotteok it’s a grilled rice cakes an! d mini sausages. Fried rice was good it was soft not mushy fresh. The wings are so delicious still like I remember! Soy garlic sauce they put on them are amazing! It makes you lick your fingers clean while eating them (make sure your hands are clean first thou 😆) the pork dumpling with the sauce on them was delicious first time trying them! Also first time trying the rice cake & mini sausages on the stick it has a spicy 🌶️ kick to them but just right not over spicy a good balance! The quality and freshness of the chicken, and the dumplings dough and pork was tasty and very good. The preparation and packaging in packing was great! They seem to care at lease in presentation“
