“Decided to walk through Allston on a grody, misty afternoon and look for some food. Walked in by chance and at my SO’s insistence that we give it a look. I loved everything about the aesthetic, and enjoyed the soft music playing in the background. Being able to choose the ingredients I wanted - knowing they were organic and that they looked more than delicious raw...that was the absolute best part. The gentleman at the front was supremely helpful and answered any question thrown at him - by anyone in the shop. The price was more than worth the amount of food received, and the care extended to us as guests was wonderful. I absolutely would recommend anyone to give this a try. Don’t hesitate to ask a question, you will definitely get an answer. :)“

“This has to be my top 2 ramen shops! The broth was so rich yet not too salty, perfect balance. The ramen noodles are perfectly chewy.

I also loved their appetizers! Best of all, they have an app so I can rack up points for perks! Students can even get up to 20% off!

“Came here with my family and honestly everything was great. We got the eel clay pot rice, salty & spicy squid, and a couple other Cantonese dishes — all came out quick, hot, and packed with flavor.

Service was friendly and the food tasted fresh. Not sure what some of the bad reviews are talking about, but our experience was awesome. Definitely coming back — this spot deserves more love“

“The food is great relative to many Chinese restaurants in the area. The chefs cook very quickly and flavorfully. Price-wise, you can eat a lot for your dollar. And the portions turn into take-home for days. I hope I see this place bustling full some day.“

“What an amazing place! The portions here are soooo big I loved every bite. The cheesy ramen is delicious and the yuzu one is super refreshing also delicious. The roll was incredible and very fresh salmon bowl also looked incredible, they serve it with miso. Prices are also super reasonable for the quality.“

“This restaurant was recommended to us. Hand rolled noodles isn’t something you can get in rural Maine. The noodles we delicious. The waitstaff was attentive. The restaurant was clean and lively. They customized a dish for my daughter (no spice) and her dish was just as flavorful considering they omitted items. We tried an assortment of appetizers and main entrees and my only recommendations would be to get a side of rice for a $1 so you can soak up all the delicious sauce and flavors. Even the tea was good. Bathroom was clean. Food was fresh. And try the thousand layers honey cake. I think everyone will find something to like here. If I am ever in Providence, I will 💯 go again.“

“Food was great, the meats were very tender and the chefs skill in flavor comes out clearly. The servers worked together well and it was easy to conversate with them. The seating in the middle section is relatively tight in the default setting, but can easily be adjusted.“

“You need the reservation for a table on Sunday night. CLOUD Steak is good but the sauce is a little sour so it covers the steak instead of boosting its original taste, which would waste the fresh steak itself for me. The beef scallion pancake is such a perfect starter dish. Bar atmosphere is top-level. Impressive.“

“Their wonton noodle soup is pretty authentic and is one of my favorite things to order! They also have other types of noodles to choose from and they're all fresh and authentic as well. Some of their other dishes aren't as perfect but overall their food is on par with what you can get from Chinatown.“

“We come here all the time mostly lunch sometimes dinner. We love this restaurant the most on this whole street and in Malden. Our whole family love it. Price level is great compare to all other restaurant near by. Yunnan noddles I love it all the time that's their specialty. It also a very healthy option for family. Yunnan rice noddle is their speciality not ramen nor curry rice. We love most of their appetizers. Their menu also expanding and the steaming bun dumplings are better than the dim sum restaurant.
The food always come very quick for these hungry people.“

“We visited Sen Yai Noodles for lunch on a hot day, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. The restaurant is small, clean, and very inviting, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent—our waiter answered our questions and offered helpful recommendations.
The menu has a good variety of dishes, and I especially appreciated that it included pictures of everything, which made choosing easier. The portions are large. I ordered the Unadon, which came with a complimentary Thai iced tea. The dish was delicious and looked fabulous. The Thai iced tea was refreshing and perfect for the hot day.“

“We have a new office in Boston. So periodically I drive down from our main office to the Boston location and every time I do, I have resolved to try a new restaurant. This was today’s choice and it was SPECTACULAR! My server was fantastic. The food came out quickly and was insanely good. I didn’t know how big my stir-fried rice cake bowl would be so I ordered the sweet and sour pork loin to go with it. But the rice cake bowl was huge and tasted incredible. Lots of heat, lots of fresh prepared veggies and meat. 10/10 would recommend that dish. The pork tenderloin I tried and 10/10 would recommend it as well. The location is a bit small and that is literally the only nit I can pick. If you’re in this area, get some take out or eat in , you won’t regret it!!“

“My husband (who is vegan) and I were in the Boston/Cambridge area for work and selected Base Crave for our first meal out. We met two people from his job and noticed that the place was empty except for us and the staff. That worried me, but after eating, my only thought was “people need to eat here! They don’t know what they’re missing!” The 4 of us ordered vegetarian mo mo (omg - yum!), vegetable samosas, chicken tikka masala (I didn’t try it but was told it was good), Tofu Mushroom stir-fry chilies mild which was okay, probably because we got it mild, Plantain curry (my hubby says fabulous!), plain naan (very good), and the Mushroom Stir-fry Noodles, mild. My husband and I agreed that the best things on the table were the Mo mo and the stir-fry noodles, both had fabulous flavor! We definitely recommend this place and would love to eat there again!“

“Been on a total soup + noodle kick lately, so I finally made it to Kyuramen - Winchester in Winchester — & WOW, worth the hype! 🙌🍜 Started off with the spicy chili dumplings (perfect amount of heat) & the popcorn chicken, which honestly might be the best I’ve ever had. They may not look fancy, but they’re seasoned perfectly & cooked to perfection. I went for the Ying Yang bowl — so many protein options & so insanely flavorful. “Found this place on Google & Pinterest. So glad we gave it a try. The chicken corn soup was sweet and delicious, we had pork and cabbage dumplings, spring rolls, hot tea, fried rice and kimchi. It was all delicious. I don’t use chop sticks so they brought me a fork. “Pleasantly surprised! The place was actually quite busy on a Friday afternoon. First caveat.. if you do not like lamb do not go here. There was a distinct lamb smell in the air because...lamb is really their specialty! We tried a few things.. beef and lamb, and by far the lamb was better. The noodles were the highlight, great texture and unlimited length! My comment makes it kind of funny that the noodles were harder to eat in my stir fry because it was one big noodle. Funny problem to have. Anyways I'll be back to try more stuff!“

“I had the hand pulled noodles with beef. I wish I took a picture but I was so excited to devour it that it slipped my mind. The beef was cooked incredibly tender and the flavor was on point. The sauce had that indescribable nostalgic scent of home cooked Chinese food. The noodles you could tell were actually hand pulled. Some thicker, some thinner, but all delicious. Perfect texture and complemented the beef very well. I’ll be back with friends“

Meat pie is good too, almost as good as in China. The garlic crawfish bursts with flavor, they make it fresh from live crawfish so take a little more time. The pork belly with preserved veggie is way too sweet but meat is super tender so I took it home and ran it through hot water bath twice to get it to be less sweet😅“

“If you want an authentic Taiwanese food experience I recommend you eat at Taipei. The staff at Taipei are so friendly and extremely nice. There is a wait but it is worth the wait and the wait was not long. I had one of the best food experiences here. The food was so good. I wanted to order so many other interesting things on the menu but it is lent so I ordered a fish dish. It was one of the best fish dish I have ever had and so worth it and this is coming from someone who grew up in Caribbean household. It was so good that my friend tried to eat all my food. I am looking forward to going back again to try the more interesting dishes they have on the menu some of which reminds me of my Caribbean cultural background. I love it here. ❤️❤️❤️“

“This restaurant is really awesome. I ordered a tom yum sort of thing that was way too spicy for me. The server was super nice and kept telling me I needed to finish all my food 😅. The food is good but I didn't order the right thing for me, but the service made up for it.“

“The Grapefruit Salty Cream over Grape Green Tea ($7.25) was good and refreshing, though I am not sure if they use fruit juice or fresh fruits. The cream on top also just looked like whipped cream when I opened the cap, but it tasted fine.

I feel like I got coaxed into paying with cash because it was empty. I didn’t see any signs indoors or in the reviews about the supposed $10 minimum as there usually are. Thankfully, I had cash on me, but a heads up for anyone ordering inside.“

“Lots of appetizer and ramen choices. Popcorn chicken was all tender and juicy. But the yakitori skewers, especially the pork belly, and the chashu in the ramen were a bit dry. Ramen was okay but a bit heavy on the seasoning and not creamy enough. Still a good meal overall. We finished everything.“

“Eating at the Honeygrow in Seaport is a weekly staple for me! Aside from the fact that the food is delicious, the staff are extremely accommodating to my allergy (chicken). Stiven, especially, who I usually notify whenever I order, has come to know my dietary restrictions and is prepared whenever I order. It is very nice to be remembered like that. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate the staff as a consistent customer. They are truly amazing and deserve to be rewarded for their work.“
