About MDM Noodles

MDM Noodles is a popular spot for authentic Sichuan cuisine. The menu features a range of dishes, including the "Spicy Cumin Lamb Burger", a shaved lamb steak served on a fluffy homemade bun. Another highlight is the "Spicy lamb hand pulled noodles (dry)", which has a bouncy texture that many customers love. The "Dry Hot Pot Fish Fillets" is also delightfully spicy. The restaurant offers various noodle bowls, such as lamb soup noodles and beef and scallion fried noodles, known for their flavor and texture.

In addition to these favorites, the restaurant serves vegetable dumplings and a vegetable mala pot for those who prefer milder options. Customers appreciate the speedy service and delicious food, often enjoying hand pulled noodle dishes alongside scallion pancakes and tea eggs. The atmosphere is casual and low key, and the prices are considered fair. For those interested in take-home options, MDM Noodles also sells frozen dumplings, which are larger than typical market dumplings, available in flavors like pork and cabbage, vegetarian, lamb, and beef. There is convenient municipal parking nearby for guests.

The fried fish dish was amazing, and we also got a dry pot dish. Both were very tasty. The fish fillets, though, stole the show. Highly recommend the dish.

Food is very good! good selection, ingredients are fresh, portion sizes are good. The menu doesn't have a lot of information on each dish, so you do have to ask for some of them, esp if you have a food allergy. There is a little language barrier as well. They presume you will use chop sticks, so you must ask for utensils which are plastic. the plates are paper plates, so it isn't fancy, but the food is good and service is relatively quick.

Everything I could really want from a Chinese Restaurant when traveling. Not expensive, but delicious.
