Really great service and food! No notes, would come back :)
Cold ramen is a must try in summertime
This has to be my top 2 ramen shops! The broth was so rich yet not too salty, perfect balance. The ramen noodles are perfectly chewy.
I also loved their appetizers! Best of all, they have an app so I can rack up points for perks! Students can even get up to 20% off!
The service was excellent and ambiance minimalist and clean.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka Allston serves excellent Sapporo-style miso ramen and offers a range of combos with different sizes and appetizers. The restaurant is known for its fresh ingredients and quick service. Customers recommend the Kaki Fry Takoyaki Volcano Karamiso Tsukemen Shiyake Gohan Combo, and the service is exceptional.
Customers have enjoyed the gyoza and the signature Shio ramen, as well as the Kara miso (spicy) ramen. The broth is described as very rich in flavors and with the right thickness. However, some customers found the miso, spicy miso, and shio ramen slightly underwhelming or overrated, with a broth that could be richer in flavor. The pork belly is considered just fine, with only two small slices in a regular-sized ramen. The takoyaki had too much sauce on top, and the green tea was deemed too expensive.
Overall, Hokkaido Ramen Santouka Allston is a good spot for comforting ramen, with decent choices in soup-based and seasonal dishes. The combo side dishes are okay, but customers wish there were more choices.
