So good! Great food and great prices the food is fresh and delicious!
Great service and authentic Chinese food, tried roasted duck, beef noodle, pan fried pork dumplings, stir fried pancakes and shredded potato. My favorite is the stir fried pancakes and the duck!
The food was amazing and the service excellent. We ordered a lot of food for two, but they kindly advised us to reduce our order as it was quite substantial. We greatly appreciate their helpfulness.

Aries Noodle and Dumpling is an authentic Chinese restaurant in Waltham, serving Northern Chinese cuisine. It is not Americanized Chinese food, but actual Chinese cuisine. Popular dishes include the beef noodle soup with tender slices of beef and chewy noodles, eggplant in brown sauce, potstickers with a crispy "taco-style" open fold, fish fillet with chili, stir fried beef & tomatoes, beef with horn peppers, Szechuan style fish, lamb dumplings, Sauteed Lamb with Cumin, West Lake beef soup, braised pork ribs, braised fish fillet, pork & chives dumplings, Szechuan sliced pork with veg, and Aries fried rice. Note that rice does not come with some meals. Portion sizes are good, and prices are very reasonable, less expensive than Mulan, the other authentic option nearby.
Parking is available in a paid lot right next to the restaurant, with limited 2-hour street parking and a small municipal lot for $2.00. This spot attracts locals, and knowing Mandarin helps for chatting, but the QR code ordering makes it easy for everyone. It is a solid go-to for cozy, no-frills Chinese comfort food, and customers agree they will return.
