“I called earlier today to see if these kind people were willing to donate some pizzas to the firefighting effort for the unfortunate fire that occurred today. They were more than happy to and the pizzas were picked up by Wayland PD to bring to the most likely exhausted firefighters. I have been to this pizza shop on multiple occasions but feel the need to go out of my way to give them my business now. I have never been disappointed with anything from them and have always enjoyed the hospitality. Thank you again and I will be returning soon!“
“I use to work here many years ago things have changed…. But the food is still really good for a late night dinner. I sometimes get home very late at night and need some dinner, but am just too tired to make the food. Thus Dominos is the choice for a late night dinner and I’m talking 11pm or later. Yes the economy has really driven down the portions. That being said I’ve had the chicken alfredo pasta and it brings back memories (Dominos please bring back bread bowls!) I’ve also sampled the chicken, bacon, ranch subs and they are really tasty! If you are looking for some food late I’d recommend here!“

“I flew home to Boston from Milwaukee to surprise my mum for her 70th birthday. We had about 14 people and had one of the best dining experiences I think I’ve ever had. I believe our waitress name was Conchetta and she was so unbelievable. Amazing personality and made my entire family feel so great from the moment we got there.Food was fantastic, atmosphere was fun upbeat and inviting. It was hard to pick something because the menu has lots of options and the reviews recommended lots of different dishes. I went with the steak and cheese and my friend got the pizza and fries. At first we ended up at the bar and enjoyed the Italian wedding soup and some arancini. “Amazing food, quite quaint place right next to the train tracks. There is a model train circling the inside border of the cafe. I tried the Mexican skillet and it was fabulous. “I’ve stopped by this service plaza so many times and every time, I’ve received average customer service. Today, I instantly recognized an excellent customer service from your employee, named James. My first job was in food service so I pay attention to service quality. James was professional and courteous even though the customer interaction has to be quick because of the nature of the job. He took time to politely answer questions from customers who were clearly not familiar with Papa Gino’s/D’Angelo, nor this particular service plaza. He didn’t just hand over the orders to customers, he actually called them by their first names and each customer left with a positive message: “Have great day, Bernice!” If I could give James 10 stars, I would. Someone clearly trained him well to give a great first impression within seconds of taking my order.“

“For our date-night we chose to return to Da Vinci Waltham, and were not disappointed. We like to sit side-by-side, and Da Vinci takes reservations for bar seating, so that suited us well. The efficient and friendly bartender took great care of us as we made our way through Caprese (*truly* delectable cheese!), Scampi (the pasta was a wow, and plump shrimp completed the dish nicely) lamb chops (very delicate flavor, bountiful portion with a full meat/potato/vegetable dinner) and pistachio cannoli for dessert. Everything was delicious, and served timely but unhurried in the order we requested. Modest noise level was fine (though sometimes they have large parties that can get a bit raucous). Wines by the glass did not disappoint, especially the lovely Sangiovese we had with the lamb.“
“I have ordered several times for delivery, via the doordash app, myself and the restaurant started noticing that some of the independent 1099 contracted delivery drivers for doordash were frequently showing up late, then taking the food driving with the food over an hour to deliver, I'd call and Ken's would say, we gave the driver the order 1 hour ago, lol. anyway, I ordered again tonight at 615pm, I noticed a doordash driver, in the dasher app had not been assigned to me, yet me giving $10 tip for less than 3 mile delivery trip (dashers usually would pick this tip order up quick). I then contacted doordash, and asked what is going on. Doordash said "We are looking for a high quality rated driver for this restaurant". Safe to assume that Kens has pushed back at doordash setting up parameters ensuring customers don't get stuck with lingering 3rd party doordash drivers known to pick up multi stacked orders from all over mass. They indicated they require high quality independent contract door dash drivers. I did call tonight to let Ken's know how awesome, but they put me on hold because its a Friday night, so they must be swamped. Anyways, way to go Kens for working with customers and pushing back at doordash if drivers are less than sub par... I quote, I told doordash if my food arrives cold it is not Ken's fault. I also said if I need to microwave my pizza, my onion rings and meatballs, its not kens fault and they are not to be penalized........... Way to go Ken's for holding up a high boundary level with these 3rd party contracted delivery services such as doordash, but I don't need to rate Kens on that, because their food is always high quality awesome. I also contacted DoorDash again and asked how to give the DoorDash driver 5 star rating, was able to also increase her tip from $10 to $15 after she delivered .... Food is amazing and I love how Ken's set the boundaries with these third party contracted deliver companies indicating they will only accept high quality rated independent contracted delivery drivers. 5 stars plus plus to Kens and also 5 star plus plus for Christine the self employed 1099 contracted doordash driver, way to go! Nice.“
“Pizza tasted good. I chose one that ended up kind of too watery for my liking though. The kind of mozzarella cheese I chose is really wet and it was the reason for the pizza being watery. The crust was really good though it was my favorite part. The balsamic glaze as an ending topper was also delicious. Definitely can recommend it.“

I got one slice of cheese and one chicken/broccoli, they were delicious and exactly what I needed. We ordered cocktails, wine, appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts- a wide sampling of the menu. “Doug Flutie recommended this place. I have been a Chef for over 35 years and I am very fussy. I have a radio show on about the restaurant business and people recommend places all the time. Some good some not. When I walked in I immediately saw Piantedosi Bakery sun rolls. Piantedosi can make anything taste good. But here is the truth. I ordered half the menu and was amazingly impressed. The steak sub and chicken parm subs were actually the best I have ever had. My wife had a veggie calzone with real fresh veggies not the canned stuff made with fresh homemade dough. “After checking in the hotel in Waltham, Massachusetts the front desk provided a list of all, and I mean all the restaurants in the area. In settling for a choice we chose Charcoal Guidos on Moody Street. Fearful that a Friday night would be very busy, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a table right away. Service was prompt, professional and pleasant from the attendant providing water and then Juan who provided great service through the meal. Arancini was tasty, mussels in a tomato broth pleasing, and the gnocchi with a bolognese plentiful and very good. Overall just a very good meal from start to finish. Kudos to Juan for making sure we were happy with our meal without perching at our table the whole time. Recommend this place for anyone seeking excellent Italian food in a pleasant setting.“
