I decided on fried chicken and fried vegetable rice, which turned out to be an awesome choice. The rice came out first, and it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crisp, just the way I like it, even though I didn't request it that way. The customer service was top-notch—very professional. I only interacted with one staff member, but the service was fast, and I didn't have to wait long for anything. I highly recommend you try their food. I'll definitely be coming back. Walk in, order at the counter, and find a table. Get your own water, utensils, and napkins and they bring the food to you.

“I went for the first time earlier this week, and I thought it was great! Firstly they were very gracious about my indecisiveness on where I wanted to sit, and allowed me to switch tables. Twice. The bev list had a solid selection of natural wines from some of my favorite producers, but I ended up ordering a glass of one I've never tried before - a skin contact Carricante which matched nicely with the light char on our pizza. The food was fresh and vibrant, our server was attentive and engaging (sorry hun, I forgot your name, even though I asked a couple times, but you deserve a shout-out). Long story short, I went in hungry and slightly grumpy, I left happy and with a satisfied stomach.“

“Worth a trip on the T to JP just for this pizza. Small place with 3 stools to sit so grab your pizza and find somewhere to eat it. Got the Salsiccia pizza and the pesto sauce was delicious and pizza was cooked well. no soggy slice. It was a 15ish minute wait“

“I've never left a google review in my life but I cannot speak more highly of this place.

I made a big mistake about a catering order I placed 2 hours before an event that my nonprofit was holding. I spoke to who I assume was the owner of the restaurant and he was SO kind and accommodating. He created a catering order for me that he knew would feed the amount of guests at the event and due to my confusion (which was entirely my fault), without hesitation he offered to have it delivered to the event even though the restaurant does not deliver. I am certain that the amount of food definitely cost more than the amount that he charged me. He also offered to throw in free cookies after I shared we are a nonprofit. Not only was all of his kindness greatly appreciated by our organization but after the event ended, multiple attendees expressed how delicious the food was. One asked where the chicken alfredo was from so they could go get some themselves!! We have never received a post-event email about the food before!!

“I live a long way from this store, but one night I paid an Uber to deliver the pizza in the photos. I don’t know how else to tell you, but this was the most delicious food I have ever eaten. It was like Heaven in a box. I couldn’t believe how tasty it was. Just thinking about how good it was makes me want to order another one. This store is open late and this particular pizza was thick pan, with a decadent selection of cheese, pineapple slices, perfectly cooked chunks of high quality bacon, topped with a nice drizzle of hot honey. My husband and son ordered a calmelized onion and red pepper version and I tried the vegan veggie pizza. We were thrilled at how delicious each slice was and we loved everything, from the taste of the dough to the generous amount of toppings and how incredible the vegan cheese on mine tasted so amazing...yes my husband and son both swiped slices of mine... it was that good. “This was my first experience with Blaze Pizza, and it was fantastic. The build your own pizza option was ideal for group of friends out shopping and enjoying Boston. The original crust is perfectly thin and crispy and tasted freshly made. You get to choose your own sauce and they have many options. I got the creamy white sauce base with mozzarella, grilled chicken, black olives, roasted broccoli, and mushrooms. It was so good and was 6 reasonably sized slices. I brought half of mine home. You’d think a custom made pizza would take awhile, but it didn’t. The pizza oven was right in front so you could see your pizza cooking. They have a few dessert options, but we were too full to try any. I do think the s’mores pie would have been gooey perfection with just a few seconds in the pizza oven. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!“

Dietary restrictions: I had to order gluten free for myself and the owner told me he personally tried all of the GF options before serving them. He was right, the crust was super yummy and crunchy.“

“Sammy's has consistently proven their dedication to having excellence not only in superb quality of food but outstanding and courteous customer service, whether I'm stopping in after work for a full meal, or cruising by at 1:30 a.m. for a quick slice Sammy's consistency to delivering exceptional food never changes. The pizza is a refreshing mix between a New York style, with a very strong New Haven crust, the chicken is always fresh super juicy very crispy and has an underlying kick and flavor to it that is absolutely exceptional. I have ordered online I've stopped in and ordered in person in either way I am always met with satisfaction and surprise in the quality of the food that Sammy's delivers.
My only critique is I wish they had a chicken bacon ranch in the slice rack when I come in.
