They were slammed, and I watched many customers come in and out as I watched the football game on their TV and if a customer seemed cool I asked "do you like this place?" (I'm gregarious like that) and every person basically said "oh heck yeah".The person who seemed to be running the show was busting their butt at supersonic speed, and, despite looking swamped, was kind and attentive to my needs. I like when I find pizza/sub shops with vague eastern Europe vibes and this place had all subs available on Syrian bread, so I asked for a Buffalo chicken on Syrian bread.The person working said "that's the first Buffalo chicken I've made in Syrian bread," as in nobody ask asked for it before kind've vibe, but it was everything I hoped it would be.Highly recommend to anybody.“

“Never been disappointed with the menu choices and even their Specials they offer for day to day afternoon lunch, appetizers in the later afternoon and the evening option of specials and of course their red wine sangria is the best 🍷👍. Thank you also to the friendly atmosphere and staff! Love live entertainment on Wednesday evenings but maybe perhaps On a Saturday afternoon/evening where I would love to sit outside with family or friends! “Fiorella’s is my favorite restaurant in New England, and Concord is my favorite location of all Fiorella’s establishments. The food of course is excellent. But what really makes this place for me is THE STAFF. I always have a great time seeing all of them, they are so wonderful. Fiorella’s Concord has become main hangout spot not only for after work, but in general when I need a total mental health reset, and this decision on my part is because of the world class staff. I always leave Fiorella’s Concord in a better mood than when I came in because wonderful comfort food paired with an equally wonderful restaurant team makes for an A+ experience. “Scott gave us fantastic service! He appeared to be the only server this afternoon but you would never know it—he was so quick and attentive. He put us at a quiet table as requested, then got our order right in, refills on drinks, rolls, and then automatically got us a second pizza to take home as he said the first one didn’t come out the way he wanted it to.. we were so lucky to have him today—thank you Scott for giving us such a wonderful dining experience!!“

“Yes, the baklava is straight from Greece and it was amazing. The egg lemon soup super delicious and I made my own concoction of my rendition of Greek pizza with souvlaki spinach, feta tzatziki, and Kalamata olives, and it was outstanding.!!!

“We were looking for meatball subs, and New London most definitely delivered. I went with the small size grinder, and without seeing the large side-by-side, I could not have told you what size I received. Half of my sub made for a good leftover lunch the next day. Other members of our party had a chicken gyro, and a salad with tuna. The combination of Greek and Italian items on the menu allowed for substantial choices for everyone. My only quibble was that I did not find ice water available to have with my meal. All the beverage choices seemed to be bottled from a self-service refrigerator case, and single use bottled water is something I will go out of my way to avoid. New London was a pleasant place to eat - they have ample seating to the side of the counter where customers place their orders.“

Both the sampler and the brisket plate offered generous portions, prepared perfectly using quality cuts of meat, with very good rubs and BBQ sauce. The included sides were also very nicely flavored and freshly made. A corn bread muffin accompanied each meal. Our server was attentive, friendly and unrushed while at our table. This was our second visit to Slater's and again we were very pleased with everything.“

“Came here with my wife and children. Pizza was amazing. I love how the sauce was handmade. The bread for the pizza was great. Onion rings were real and homemade. It looked like they were extremely crunchy and not burnt mozzarella sticks were awesome. My daughter was able to stretch the mozzarella stick across the whole entire table. She was having fun playing with the mozzarella sticks lol overall great service enjoyed the atmosphere and house hospitality the husband and wife was extremely polite and very helpful. They notice that we need needed something and asked if we needed anything before we asked, which is good because it shows that they care about their customer enough to acknowledge that the customer may need something I needed straws and napkins, and they were already starting to get it before I asked“
