“I stopped by on a Sunday and a following Saturday, and had a nice visit both times. The atmosphere was cozy, with some nice jazzy music playing in the shop, and between my visits I tried three different drinks. A Strawberry Sparkle, an Oreo Milk Slush (my favorite of the three), and a Taro Milk Tea w/ Mango Popping Bubbles. I also had a Chicken Katsu Noodles dish, and a Oreo Towel Cake Roll to eat, and everything was good and tasty.

As for what to expect inside, the tea shop has a two kiosks you can order from, or you can go up to the counter to place your order instead if you like. There is a good amount of seating available in the main area, and a side-hall with some additional seating and the restroom at the end. If you choose dine-in they'll bring out your food and drinks to you in nice glasses and bowls on a tray, and if you want take-out they've got the usual bubble tea cups and containers you'd expect for things like the drinks and food so you can easily take things to go.

I quite liked the place and the folks running it were very friendly, so I will no doubt be visiting it again.“

“My friend and I came for the dubai chewy cookie but instead got more than we anticipated because of the vast amount of desserts that they served and we were not disappointed.

“Love this spot!! I had the ube milk tea with ube pudding. It was great. It reminded me of a milkshake. It was very sweet so if you have a sweet tooth this drink is definitely for you! I also had the veggie pan fried buns and they came out so fresh and flavorful. Definitely a favorite on the menu. The only thing is you may have to wait quite a bit for your item. Definitely do not come here for a quick grab and go trip. Try ordering ahead. Good food quality takes time.“

“In all honesty, the service here is wonderful employees always patient and answer any questions you have The atmosphere is great drinks are low price even at the large drink with Boba it’s only $10 and they don’t pressure you to tip, but with the service you’ll get you just want to tip the most amount you can. Five stars wonderful.“

“It was our first time visiting Grandma’s Kitchen. We arrived 5 minutes early Friday evening and there was a short line already. There are only a handful of tables so it’s worth coming early to get seating right away.

We tried the popcorn chicken, bean curd, chicken cutlet, braised beef noodle, spicy wonton, and salted pork chop. The fried chicken dishes were definitely the standouts. The chicken cutlet was especially well seasoned and flavored. The beef noodle broth was also quite good. The spicy wontons were solid but didn’t wow me. The salted pork chop I thought was a little tough. I would order the fried chicken dishes and beef noodle again in a heartbeat but probably not the wontons or salted pork chop.

The service was on point and the server was very friendly. There atmosphere was very nice. It was relatively quiet and very open which was a nice change from many places that are super loud and pack people in like sardines.

Definitely worth a try and I look forward to coming back.“

Only complaint I could have is they are in an extremely isolated area but they still seem to always be busy. They do have a dast turn around considering the volume of people who go there.“

The teas are organized around what flavor profile you like most-fruit, tea, creamy, etc. The milk tea with brown sugar boba, 75% ice, and less sweet was perfect. Just make sure you stir it to mix all the flavors and sugar.“

They have a roomy downstairs bar that was perfect for hosting my book launch party. They also have an open upstairs dining area with a breathtaking view that is perfect for drinks with friends or intimate dinners for 2. Their appetizers are brilliant: we’ve loved the Brussel sprouts and the Vietnamese Eggrolls. “I love this place. They make their boba with real fruit. The passiontfruit green tea is the most amazing thing with chewy bubbles and crunchy passionfruut seeds. The fruit overload has berry, lychee and passionfruut in green tea and it's so pretty I don't eve. want to drink it! They also have mochi donuts with are really good also. “M&J Teriyaki is a cute restaurant which I highly recommend if you’re in the area! They offer both dine-in and takeout and have, frankly a very nice atmosphere. The food too was really amazing (I recommend the chicken in particular) and the drinks are also very nice. I enjoyed the flavor of the strawberry smoothie.

I personally went right after having visited the MFA and so, if you’re on the lookout for a bit to eat after a museum visit then please consider it!“

“This hidden gem is located on the Boston University campus more close to the gas station, a Target and a new restaurant called Ziggy’s. They do sell boba but I want to take a moment to show appreciation to their macarons. My personal favorite is the fruity cereal. As you can see, look how pretty it looks and taking a bite it is sweet, satisfying and it just makes you happy. I know for me it made me happy. I believe they do buy it from a third party but it is delicious and worth it. If you look at my first picture they do display their pricing and to be upfront it does show “Buy 5 and get one free” however they do not ring it up like that and ring it up as you bought a total of six macarons. So for me, I could argue if I wanted to but I learned for myself that I’m willing to pay all six and the rest of their flavors (vanilla, birthday cake (both a pink & blue)) are tasty and satisfying. I have tried the dark chocolate macaron and it was okay. If you are one of those people that enjoys dark chocolate but want a subtle sweetness then that one is for you. I have tried their Italian soda (the lemon one to be exact) and it was delicious as well. If you want a “healthy option” they do offer Italian soda and their flavors. On the last picture you can see their drinks, pricing and boba options. My daughter and I enjoy this boba shop and it is welcoming and warm atmosphere. I just wished this establishment was more closer to home but I’m willing to travel.“

“Dado is the best kept secret in Cambridge. A beautiful café that feels so peaceful, considered and thoughtful in its every detail—the perfect place to sit with a friend, or take some time to just be alone and read a book. The co-owner Namwon has great energy. He was always really kind and welcoming to me and my boyfriend (we are from Australia, but Dado felt like a little slice of home). The food is really tasty (I could never go past their egg-salad sandwich; my partner loves the bibimbap wrap), and Dado, of course, has an amazing selection of teas. More than just feeding the body, all the meals felt like they were nourishing the soul. Just good honest cooking—maybe the rarest of things today. “Finally, got to try This place. They had soft Opening which was not to best. The ordering process was pretty smooth . The wait was not to long. We got the infamous Sho-Gun Matcha/Vanilla Soft Serve Mix With Edible 24K gold , Maiko Special (Parfait) Hojicha/Strawberry Mix Soft Serve and Matcha Latte Float. Everything was so rich in favor. The matcha favor is probably the best that I had so far. You can taste the quality of the soft serve. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny. Definitely, need to try them out“

“Very busy during meal times especially on Friday night! I would personally avoid ordering more than three or four items for pick up when it's really busy as I have had items left out. I am sure they are more careful with online orders. The biang biang noodles are so yummy, but watch out if you have blood sugar control issues. Carb BOMB. The food seems to be all very oily also but that's the nature of some of their most delicious offerings like chili oil splashed noodles. My kids always ask for House of Noodles whenever they come to town. They were born and raised in Hong Kong so have had their fair share of good noodles and this ranks right up there and makes them miss Hong Kong just a little less.“

“This place has all the advantages of the Caffe Nero that it used to be without any of the disadvantages. In other word's it's spacious, has a variety of furniture and seating options (equally good spot for solo laptop work, relaxed book time, group meeting), lots of outlets, nice big windows, a great menu with reasonable price point. Compared to before the business turned over the coffee is better (IMO) and cheaper and the place no longer feels depressing in that way that carbon copy coffee franchises do. The people who work here are so nice and there is always a place to sit! “I love Heytea!! I really enjoy their fruit tea and teamix/tea drinks. My top 3 favorites are the Cloud Longjing Milk Tea, Crisp Grape Boom, and the Pistachio Cloud King Jasmine. Some drinks like the coconut mango boom can be very heavy, so I'm not the biggest fan of it.

Despite how busy they are, they make the drinks really quickly. I've gone multiple times and their drinks have been consistent.“

“Coco Fresh Tea has multiple locations around the Boston area.

The inside has a little seating, but overall it is a place you'd come in and out of. The menu is enlarged on multiple screens for ease of reading, and the staff were courteous and helpful when ordering.

We came during a dead time, so we were served almost instantly. I got a passionfruit black tea, which was pretty good. It was decently sweet and the black tea mixed well with the passionfruit taste.

The price of the boba here is cheaper than other places, and the portion size is good. I would definitely come here if you are craving boba while in the area but don't want to drive to the Burlington Mall or to Boston.“

Overall the teas were a bit more fragrant than what I'm used to at KFT, but the milk/creamer flavor was the same. Seems like a rebranding to match the current Molly Tea trend, which is fair! I wouldn't seek it out but there aren't s ton of options for boba in Harvard Square, so it's a decent one.“

“Pho Viet is one of my favorite spots in Newton Center! The food is always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell that they care about the quality of what they serve.

“Best Dumplings and Boba in the whole world“

“Machi Machi has been around for almost a year, and it still attracts a decent crowd every time I have visited, and for good reason.

The interior has no seating, which is sorta detrimental if the place gets crowded or you're waiting a long time for the drink. There is a small area for a photo spot, and also a self-service kiosk as well as a counter to order.

The first few times I went, the drinks took around 15-20 minutes to get, however some times I had to wait longer and other times I waited less.

I've tried multiple drinks from this location. The Panna Cotta drinks are my favorite, although the price point deters me from coming here every time I want a boba. The bottle is a bit smaller than other locations, so the drink does go a bit too quick than my liking, but I also do drink really fast so YMMV.

I would also recommend the Brown Sugar Latte and Creme Brulee Black Tea. I really enjoyed them and their size is more standard to other boba locations.

Overall I really like this place, one of my top choices for Boba in the Boston area.“

“As a self proclaimed boba enthusiast i absolutely love onezo, they are by no means the best boba I’ve ever had but the convenience of being open till 2 am and their reliably good teas have me coming here all the time. I will say their Thai tea is actually incredible, get a 70% sugar Thai tea if you want to taste something amazing. Also always order less ice!
Their tea is a little inconsistent and the boba is sometimes super fresh but sometimes stale. Their boba to straw size ratio is perfect.“

“Gong Cha is a worldwide boba chain that has many locations across Massachusetts, what makes this location unique is the presence of a Korean corndog/Mochi Donut store inside it as well. The staff operates both of these stores at the same time, which can make waiting longer if there is multiple people at each store, but I've never had to wait long for boba here.

The boba has been pretty consistent overall in terms of flavor and quality, and I haven't had a bad experience yet.“
