Good tea, but they were not very helpful when trying to place a big order for a student group. Not really a system in place to talk to someone through a large order to coordinate orders and pickup. We continued anyway, and it all worked out. But would likely try other vendors for large orders in the future.
I remember coming here for the grand opening in February 2020 and then the Covid-19 lockdown right after! I'm so happy that this business is still open after all these years! And I vividly remember this place being one of the first "authentic" bubble tea shops in Harvard square! And now there are so many more! Yay! Recently returned and delighted to find out that they offer B2G1 in the summer afternoon hours. Service was okay, but I think they were just too busy to care. Not 5...read full review
