Leaving this review primarily to say that the restaurant closed and has been replaced by a Chinese noodle restaurant.

I’ve been a fan of this ramen spot and have always enjoyed their food. However, on my recent visit, I noticed that the meat wasn’t as tender as before. The broth and noodles were still great, but I hope they can bring back the tenderness that made their ramen stand out. Looking forward to visiting again!

The tonkatsu broth in both the regular and spicy were wonderfully creamy and so full of flavor. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth clung onto them so well. The toppings were pretty standard with nice tender chashu and fresh veggies....
