This place is a hidden gem! The food was so good! There are tons of options and it was affordable, but what really made it 5+ stars was our server Vanese who was literally so kind, attentive, sweet, and just made the whole experience so positive. We already look forward to coming back!

Passing through from CT for move in day at UNE. My stop was for late lunch. Ordered 2 of the $5 tacos. LOADED!! Habanero and Spicy Pork. I loved BOTH. The tenderness and THE FLAVOR, OMG!! $5 I’m expecting some weird meat and hold you over food. This was absolutely delicious and I’ll say it again LOADED. Will make this a stop every time I pass through. May drive here just to eat, it was that good.

We had dinner here last night before going to the movies. This is the 3rd time we have been there and we go there because of the good Mexican food!! The last two times were however, disappointing because of the cocktails, particularly the Margaritas. My wife ordered a small margarita and I ordered the Grande, the larger one.
Within a few minutes they were promptly served. However, while we appreciated the quick service, after a few sips we realized that the alcohol content was quite lacking, and the strange thing was we really didn’t realize that until the waitress asked if the drinks were strong enough. We are not complainers so we just nodded and said they were fine. However, when she walked away we looked AT each other and said, “was yours?” And when we both said, no, we wished we had been honest and said that our drinks were lacking in liquor. Now, this is NOT the first time we have had cocktails lacking strength in liquor here!
The first time this happened a few months ago we just chopped it up to a short pour of liquor, but now, having experienced this a second time, I believe this is not a mistake, especially since I got the Grande which should have had enough liquor to taste it but it did not. I specifically remember telling my wife that the next time we come to this restaurant we should stop at a local package store and get a couple of nips of Tequila to make the drink taste as it should AND we will because we do like the food but not so much the alcohol content of their drinks!!! And I bet they have a few good liquor cost due to their lack of alcohol in their drinks!!!
When you drink a Grande Margarita and walk away without a buzz you know you have been shorted the most important part of your cocktail, Tequila!!!

We absolutely love it here. The margaritas are great. The burritos, fajitas and tacos are delicious. The best Mexican food in the area in my opinion.
Great food! Great staff!
The first time me and my family went to this location. It was amazing and just a few months. The difference is unbelievable. The food is just not good. Everything is dry, including their pico de gallo. They don’t even put lemon in it. The bartender had to keep getting the waitress out of the kitchen to come help our table. They must have someone new in the kitchen and this is hurting their business. I really don’t understand how the food could be so bad and dry. My parents insisted I Take a plate home for my teen. It was so bad she couldn’t even eat half of it. She threw it away. This restaurant is a complete waste of money We won’t be going back.

This was our first time eating while visiting from Maine. The food was soooo good. The flavor was really excellent. The portions are massive. The Grande margaritas were huge and favorable. The server was so friendly and had great recommendations. It is definitely worth the visit. We will definitely be back to eat again...

This place doesn't have tap to pay in 2024 and I didn't have my wallet so a burrito I was excited for was wasted. Get with the times.

It took awhile to get a seat on a very empty evening. The food came out fast but was dry. Kind of disappointing. Salsa is from a can, not house made.
The jalapeño poppers were great and I’d recommend those for sure. But for $50 I find myself wanting more food from elsewhere.

I wanted to love this place. Convenient. 75 cent taco. However, Amesbury you deserve better! Just moved up here and wow! I guess we have been spoiled. My first red flag is the outside sign spelled “Margarita” wrong. Then my menu was soggy and smelled off… the 75 cent taco is hard shell only and looked like the inside of a cat food can. Ice cold as well. Veggie fajitas served with 2 tortillas and in a cesspool of oil. See photo. Wtf. Drinks were $18 and had no ALCOHOL in them. Did I mention the “free” salsa refills were $1.99 each!?!? Manager confirmed this argued point. No notice of this anywhere. Nick the young waiter was great and apologetic but sorry, this was abysmal. We also were slightly ill after. See photos and beware.
