Ordered takeout online. Fresh fish, but overpriced. Sashimi was nice, but the rolls were the smallest I have ever seen, minimal fish, not enough rice to even coat the outside of the roll and poorly assembled so they fell apart. No miso, soy sauce, or utensils included. Another victim of shink-flation I assume, but that still doesn't explain the poor construction and presentation. Seems like they have a college student cranking out rolls in the back rather than an actual chef....
Not a fancy or high brow sushi place but the quality of the food is first rate. The family that runs this place serves the best sushi in western Massachusetts even if it is not the most expensive or the most chic.
My husband took me there for a sushi date a couple of weeks ago, and the sushi was fantastic! We are very picky when it comes to sushi and we are massive salmon lovers, and he couldn't recommend this place to me enough on how fresh they are, and he wasn't wrong. It didn't disappoint, and the staff was very friendly. If we are ever in the area again to visit, we know where to come for sushi ??
