Went for a nice valentines dinner :) Food was great! There was a bit of a wait even tho we had reservations but they hostess explained to us there was an issue with their reservation system and they even gave us a complementary glass of wine:) overall a great experience and the food was excellent

This is a bistro, not a super fancy restaurant. Bar on the left, tables down the center and right wall. But with that in mind, this place is AMAZING.
The food, the menu, and the service were perfect, from the second we walked in.
The Banana Bread French Toast had perfect texture and sweetness. The black and blue Flank Steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor (still sweet and full of flavor but not undercooked).
Everything came when you’d expect. No rush, no waiting.
FWIW, there is an old review that made us think twice about coming here and I’m so glad we ignored it. They either had no CLUE about what they ordered (thinking poutine would be mac and cheese), or it’s just way out of date.
We walked out impressed and talking about when we’re coming back.

Super awesome food and service! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and everything we tried was delicious. The flank steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor — hands down one of the best we’ve ever had! The cocktails were just as impressive — expertly made and a perfect complement to our meal. We had a lovely evening at Bistro 63. Burrata is one of my all-time favorite appetizers and this one did not disappoint! For entrees the Shrimp Risotto and Jerk Chicken we shared and were both delicious. Service was excellent and we can't wait to come back and try some other dishes.

I was disappointed by Bistro 63. I ordered the chicken bacon mac, but what I received was a chicken and shells casserole in a lukewarm watery sauce. I couldn’t find any bacon in the sauce either. For a chicken and shells casserole it was good enough to eat, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. Pictured with this review is the “white poutine”. Again this should have been called something else, maybe “loaded bacon fries”. It was okay, but it wasn’t what I expected.
Finally one last note. The server was trying to clean up the tables, and I appreciate that. I did not appreciate the server leaving the bottle of cleaning spray and the rag used to clean the tables right next to me and my party while we were making the best out of what was essentially a disappointing meal.
