Went for a nice valentines dinner :) Food was great! There was a bit of a wait even tho we had reservations but they hostess explained to us there was an issue with their reservation system and they even gave us a complementary glass of wine:) overall a great experience and the food was excellent

This is a bistro, not a super fancy restaurant. Bar on the left, tables down the center and right wall. But with that in mind, this place is AMAZING.
The food, the menu, and the service were perfect, from the second we walked in.
The Banana Bread French Toast had perfect texture and sweetness. The black and blue Flank Steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor (still sweet and full of flavor but not undercooked).

Bistro 63 is an excellent spot in downtown Amherst! The food is always fresh and full of flavor, with creative dishes and great presentation. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is stylish yet comfortable — perfect for dinner with friends or a special night out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality food and great vibes!
